We have built out Tencue from 3 suites out to 6 suites meeting their eclectic style and challenges in all phases of growth. The building is a historic landmark. Its renovation was honored with an award for outstanding adaptive reuse by the Berkeley Architectural Heritage Association. Over the years the complex housed Cooper Woodworking, the Sperry Flour Company, the American Photo player Company and various other industrial and manufacturing enterprises.

We have worked with Tencue and it’s employees for years in their own personal houses ranging from kitchens, seismic retrofits, new doors and windows, and basement bedroom and lower floor expansions.
